Resetting Your SWAY to Factory Settings

Sometimes you just want to start fresh — and with SWAY, you can.
We’ve included a special option to restore your SWAY NC-1 to its factory settings.

All settings on your device will be reset, but don’t worry — your trip logs remain safe and will not be deleted.

If you’ve accidentally changed a setting or lost your Wi-Fi configuration, follow these steps to perform a reset:

1. Make sure SWAY is powered on.

2. Disconnect power — either by unplugging the connector or turning off power to your NMEA network.

3. Wait 2 to 5 seconds.

4. Reconnect power to SWAY or your NMEA network.

5. Repeat steps 2–4 two more times.

After the final cycle, the status light on your SWAY will briefly turn red and then restart with the factory default settings.
